## Food pairing

The wine's bright acidity and delicate skin-contact texture make it exceptionally versatile. Fresh citrus notes and chalky mineral tension cut through rich seafood and poultry, while complementing roasted root vegetables and subtle herbal sauces.

## Wine making process

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grown on limestone-rich soils in Uelversheim. The hand-harvested grapes undergo a brief period of skin maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation is driven entirely by native yeasts. The wine undergoes aging in neutral oak vessels, amphora, and stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfur.
