## Interesting facts

- Features a unique die-cut label shaped like a 'naperão', a traditional Portuguese handmade lace doily celebrating family heritage.
- Classified as the #2 'Good Buy' of the Year by Revista de Vinhos, standing out against 2,200 tasted wines.
- Sourced from the Lima sub-region, known for its granitic soils and having the highest rainfall in Vinho Verde.

## Food pairing

The vibrant, high acidity and light effervescence of this Vinho Verde act as a palate cleanser, cutting through the richness of seafood and light poultry. The subtle off-dry sweetness balances light spices and complements the tanginess of fresh goat cheese.

## Wine making process

The grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal maturity and vinified with gentle maceration, followed by a 12-hour decantation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16–18°C using selected native yeasts to preserve primary fruit and floral aromas. The wine undergoes no oak aging, remaining entirely in stainless steel to maintain its crisp purity, and is bottled young with a touch of natural carbon dioxide to retain its signature light, playful effervescence.
