## Wine making process

Alalá 2018 is produced using 100% Albariño grapes. The winemaking process involves crushing the grapes followed by a short maceration with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, using indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 12 months in stainless steel. Further aging occurs in the bottle for 18 months to two years before the wine is released. Sustainable and zero-residue viticulture practices are employed in the vineyards.
