## Food pairing

The crisp acidity and saline minerality of this Albariño make it an exceptional partner for seafood and shellfish. Its subtle lees-derived texture allows it to slice through rich butter sauces or fresh goat cheese without overpowering delicate ocean flavors.

## Wine making process

Grapes are harvested from single-estate vineyards characterized by sandy granitic soils. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve fresh varietal character. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging on its fine lees (crianza sobre lías) for six months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
