## Wine making process

Barolo Monvigliero is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The winemaking process begins with a pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about three weeks. This fermentation utilizes 60% whole bunch grapes and involves punchings-down and pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood barrels. The wine is then aged for approximately 24 months, primarily in large oak casks.
