## Wine making process

The Vietti Barolo Ravera 2020 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks for three weeks, utilizing the traditional submerged-cap method with pre- and post-fermentation maceration and regular pumping-overs. Malolactic fermentation occurs in wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for approximately 32 months in large oak barrels before bottling. The producer holds an organic certification for their vineyard practices.
