## Wine making process

The winemaking process for this Beaune Premier Cru Célébration begins with destemming the Pinot Noir grapes, followed by maceration in open vats for approximately four weeks. After maceration, the grapes are pressed, and the wine undergoes fermentation. It is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months, with one-third of the barrels being new. Following the barrel aging, the wine spends an additional six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The 2018 vintage was characterized by a hot and dry summer, leading to uniform grape maturity at harvest.
