## About this wine

Bois du Vin T'Auras des Copains is a collaborative cuvée created by two prominent French natural winemakers, Fabien Jouves of Mas del Périé in Cahors and Benjamin Taillandier of Domaine Benjamin Taillandier in Minervois. Its name translates to 'Drink wine and you'll make friends!', encapsulating the spirit of camaraderie behind this joint project. The wine combines grapes harvested across both the Languedoc and Southwest regions of France, bottled in a generous 1-liter format meant for sharing.

## Interesting facts

- Combines two iconic cuvées from Cahors and Minervois into a single 1-Liter bottle.
- The name plays on a friendly French proverb translating to 'Drink wine and you'll make friends!'.
- Crafted from six distinct grape varieties harvested across two different regions of Southern France.

## Food pairing

With bright acidity, soft tannins, and fresh red fruit notes, this juicy natural red pairs exceptionally well with casual, savory, and cured foods. Its energetic freshness cuts cleanly through fat from grilled sausages and charcuterie, while complementing herbaceous and tomato-rich dishes.

## Wine making process

This wine is an equal 50/50 blend of Benjamin Taillandier's 'Laguzelle' and Fabien Jouves' 'You Fuck My Wine?!' cuvées. Hand-harvested organic and biodynamic grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with wild indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, cement vats, and neutral wooden barrels. The wine is aged for approximately six months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfur dioxide.
