## About this wine

Alberto Buratti studied Art History in Padua and Art Markets in Milan before returning in 2019 to take over his grandfather's 1972 estate in Rovolon, Veneto, nestled in the northern slopes of the Colli Euganei. Mentored by his uncle Marco Buratti of Farnea, Alberto approaches low-intervention winemaking as an artistic expression of pure grape juice. The name Bronsa Cuerta translates in Venetian dialect to covered ember, serving as a metaphor for a quiet exterior that conceals intense inner warmth and vitality.

## Interesting facts

- Bronsa Cuerta translates in Venetian dialect to covered ember, signifying hidden heat and energy.
- Alberto Buratti studied Art History and Art Markets before returning to take over his family's vineyard in 2019.
- The wine blends young Pinot Noir vines with rare 30-year-old vines of the indigenous Venetian grape Corbinello.

## Food pairing

The wine's bright acidity and energetic berry profile slice through the rich fats in cured meats and cheeses while harmonizing with light tomato sauces and delicate grilled proteins.

## Wine making process

Hand-harvested grapes consisting of young-vine Pinot Noir and 30-year-old native Corbinello are destemmed and directly pressed. The juice undergoes spontaneous wild yeast fermentation over two months in oak tonneaux without temperature control or synthetic additives. Following fermentation, the wine ages for five months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero added sulfites.
