## Wine making process

The Colmant Brut Reserve NV is produced using the traditional method, also known as Méthode Cap Classique. The blend comprises Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Ten percent of the base wine is fermented in French oak barrels to enhance structure and acidity. Following secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine undergoes a minimum aging period of 30 months on its lees. Approximately 20% of the blend consists of reserve wines from previous vintages, selected to add complexity and ensure consistency.
