## About this wine

Reschke's history in the Coonawarra region dates back to 1906, when the family established a highly respected Hereford cattle stud on the land. In 1989, Burke Reschke, representing the fourth generation, began planting premium vineyards on the estate's exceptional soils. To honor this rich agricultural heritage, the winery features a distinctive bull logo on its labels and names several collections after bovine themes, including the Bull Trader range. This collection is crafted to celebrate wines of everyday generosity, character, and approachable confidence, showcasing a different side of the famous Coonawarra terroir.

The wine cuts through the richness of fried dishes like tempura, while its clean, mineral finish complements the delicate sweetness of fresh fish and shellfish.

## Wine making process

The winemaking process for this Sauvignon Blanc is designed to capture and preserve pure, aromatic primary fruit compounds. The fruit is gently harvested from premium cool-climate vineyards and pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks under cool conditions. The wine is kept entirely unoaked and is stored in stainless steel before being bottled early to maintain its maximum fruit purity, vibrant acidity, and youthful freshness.
