## Food pairing

The creamy texture and oak nuance of this Chardonnay match well with rich poultry, pork, and seafood served in butter or cream sauces. Moderate acidity cleanses the palate when paired with soft cheeses and delicate fats.

## Wine making process

Fruit is sourced across varied California terroirs, including cool coastal sites in the Central Coast alongside ocean-influenced valleys in Sonoma and Mendocino. Grapes are picked at staggered ripeness levels to balance freshness with fruit maturity. After de-stemming and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes partial malolactic conversion to enhance mouthfeel and ages for approximately 5 months with French, American, and subtle Hungarian oak contact.
