## About this wine

Da Mar is a grower Prosecco brand produced by Cantine Sutto, an estate managed by brothers Luigi and Stefano Sutto in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Representing three generations of winemaking heritage, the family focuses on sustainably farmed vineyards located between the Venetian foothills and the Adriatic coast. Unlike many mass-produced Proseccos made from purchased grapes, Da Mar is crafted exclusively from 100% estate-grown fruit.

## Interesting facts

- Made entirely from 100% estate-grown fruit rather than purchased juice common in commercial Prosecco.
- The vineyard soils are worked completely without synthetic herbicides.
- Produced by Cantine Sutto, representing three generations of family winemaking in Veneto.

## Food pairing

The lively acidity and gentle off-dry sweetness of Extra Dry Prosecco make it a superb aperitif that balances salty cured meats and complements rich, savory dishes like Eggs Benedict.

## Wine making process

The Glera grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, followed by cold settling of the must in stainless steel tanks. Initial fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation is conducted using the Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel autoclaves to preserve vibrant primary fruit aromas and ensure delicate effervescence without oak aging.
