## About this wine

Progetto Agricolo Dinamo is a natural wine project created by Umbrian farmer Danilo Nofrini, his children Rachele and Simone, and renowned natural winemaker Danilo Marcucci. The venture was inspired by Marcucci's childhood memory from 1976 of eating bread dipped in raw wine before working in the fields, conceiving wine as daily energy for labor. The name Dinamo pays homage to Italian physicist Antonio Pacinotti, inventor of the direct-current electric generator, framing natural wine as a clean, renewable source of energy from the earth.

## Interesting facts

- Packaged in 1-liter soda-style bottles with crown caps for unpretentious daily table drinking.
- Inspired by a 1976 memory of eating bread dipped in raw wine before working in the fields.
- Named after Antonio Pacinotti, inventor of the direct-current electric generator in 1860.
- Uses Gamay del Trasimeno, a rare historical local strain of Grenache.

## Food pairing

The high acidity and bright berry character complement acid-driven tomato dishes and rich charcuterie while cutting through olive oil and fresh cheese.

## Wine making process

Grown in high-elevation alluvial soils rich in clay and limestone around Lake Trasimeno using organic and biodynamic practices. The Rosato is produced via direct pressing of whole clusters with zero skin contact. Fermentation is spontaneous with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures until spring bottling. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfites in 1.0-liter crown-capped bottles.
