## Food pairing

The wine's vibrant acidity cuts through the richness of seafood and creamy sauces, while its mineral notes complement the briny character of shellfish. Its freshness also makes it a delightful counterpoint to lean fish and charcuterie.

## Wine making process

The winemaking process begins with hand-picked and sorted grapes, which are then received via a conveyor belt and further sorted on a table. Direct pressing is employed using a pneumatic press, with 20% of the grapes undergoing skin maceration. Following cold settling, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 18-20°C. The wine is subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks.
