## About this wine

Domaine Fondugues-Pradugues is a family-owned estate situated on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in Ramatuelle, Provence. Founded in 1964 by Madame Danielle Rey, a sixth-generation viticulturist, the estate spans 14 hectares near Pampelonne beach. Dedicated to low-intervention, certified organic and biodynamic farming, the winery produces artisanal expressions of Mediterranean coastal terroir.

## Interesting facts

- Located just 800 meters from Pampelonne beach at zero meters elevation in Ramatuelle.
- Certified Demeter biodynamic and organic, using 100% hand-harvested grapes at night.
- The 2025 vintage saw a limited production of just 13,330 bottles and 600 magnums.

## Food pairing

This fresh, lively rosé with crisp acidity and a subtle saline finish pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean summer dishes, fresh herbs, light seafood, and crisp raw or grilled vegetables.

## Wine making process

Grapes are hand-harvested at night in 12kg crates to preserve cool temperatures. Whole clusters undergo direct pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and ages on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfiltered and unclarified with minimal added sulfites.
