Famille du Vin is an innovative canned natural wine project created by importer Zev Rovine and Paloma Brey. Partnering with top organic and biodynamic French producers, the venture aims to bring high-quality, authentic natural wines into sustainable, single-serve formats. This cuvée is produced in collaboration with Les Têtes, a joint venture founded by four friends—Nicolas Grosbois, Philippe Mesnier, Baptiste, and Vivien—based in Touraine Azay-le-Rideau. Combining grapes from both the Loire Valley and Southwest France, this bottling delivers a vibrant, approachable red designed specifically for casual, easy drinking.

## Wine making process

Grapes are sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Azay-le-Rideau and Southwest France, harvested entirely by hand. The vinification involves direct pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes aging in concrete tanks and is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal total sulfur dioxide added (<30 mg/L).
