## About this wine

Famille du Vin is a natural wine initiative founded by Paloma Brey and importer Zev Rovine to package biodynamic French wines into single-serve aluminum cans. For this sparkling white cuvée, they collaborated with legendary Loire vigneron Jean-Pierre Robinot of Les Vignes de l'Ange Vin. Robinot, a natural wine pioneer who operated Paris's iconic L'Ange Vin wine bar, produces unadulterated, sulfur-free wines in the northern Loire Valley.

## Interesting facts

- Packaged in eco-friendly, infinitely recyclable single-serve aluminum cans.
- Winemaker Jean-Pierre Robinot ran Paris's legendary early natural wine bar, L'Ange Vin.
- Crafted naturally via Méthode Ancestrale with total sulfites under 10 mg/L.

## Food pairing

The bright natural acidity and vibrant effervescence of sparkling Chenin Blanc make it an ideal counterpart for rich, tangy goat cheese and fresh seafood. The wine's crisp fruit profile cuts through rich or fried foods while complementing delicate shellfish without masking subtle flavors.

## Wine making process

Produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grown organically and biodynamically in limestone, flint, and red clay soils. The wine is made via Méthode Ancestrale (Pétillant Naturel), undergoing spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. It is bottled before fermentation completes to naturally capture delicate carbonation without added sugars or commercial yeast. Aged in cool, damp limestone caves, it is packaged unfiltered with zero added sulfur.
