## Wine making process

The Finca La Celia Pioneer Cabernet Franc 2019 is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. The harvest is manual. Maceration lasts for 14 days, followed by fermentation in small concrete vats at 26-27°C for 10 days, with manual punch-downs. The wine utilizes 100% free-run juice. Malolactic fermentation is completed. For aging, 40% of the blend is aged in concrete vats, and 60% is aged in used French oak barrels. Following blending, the wine is returned to concrete vats before bottling.
