## About this wine

Claus Preisinger is a leading biodynamic winemaker based in Gols, near Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland, Austria. Frenzy is a limited-edition collaboration between Preisinger, hip-hop collective ASM (A State of Mind), and retailer More Natural Wine. Conceived as a liquid companion to ASM's album The Frenzy of Bacchus and its title track, this low-intervention red wine reflects a shared passion for music, culture, and expressive, high-energy natural winemaking.

## Interesting facts

- Official liquid soundtrack to hip-hop group ASM's album track Frenzy.
- Co-ferments equal parts red Pinot Noir and aromatic white Muskateller.
- Aged in neutral oak barrels and traditional Georgian terracotta qvevri.

## Food pairing

The high acidity, low tannins, and vibrant berry-floral profile of this light red co-ferment make it extremely versatile. It cuts through duck and pork fat, complements tomato sauce acidity, and pairs brilliantly with slightly chilled street food dishes.

## Wine making process

Crafted from biodynamically farmed vineyards grown on limestone and gravel pebble soils. The wine is an equal co-fermentation of hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Muskateller. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native wild yeasts. Maturation occurs in a combination of neutral oak barrels and Georgian clay qvevri amphorae before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal to no added sulfur dioxide.
