## Food pairing

The wine's bright acidity cuts through the richness of seafood and creamy sauces, while its minerality complements the briny notes of oysters. The citrus elements in the wine can echo or contrast with citrus-based dressings and sauces.

## Wine making process

The Fromm Chenin Blanc 2020 was produced from hand-picked grapes. The fruit was crushed and pressed with stems, then fermented to dryness using wild yeast in a combination of 228L and 600L oak barrels. Following fermentation, the wine underwent a 12-month maturation period on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks and old 600L French oak barrels.
