## Wine making process

Gardo & Morris Brut Rosé is produced using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle), involving a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The grapes are hand-harvested and lightly pressed, with the base wine fermented to dryness. A portion of the base wine is aged in French oak. Following the second fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for a minimum of 18 months. The winery adheres to organic and sustainable viticulture practices, using minimal vineyard sprays and additives.
