## Food pairing

This light to medium-bodied red wine features bright acidity and gentle tannins, making it exceptionally versatile at the table. It shines alongside savory charcuterie, soft creamy cheeses, lean meats, and tomato-based pasta dishes that balance its crisp acidity without overpowering its vibrant red fruit core.

## Wine making process

Sourced from sustainably farmed estate vineyards with vine ages ranging from 1950 to 2000 planted on clay and limestone soils. The grapes are 100% hand-harvested and fully destemmed before undergoing a 1-week maceration. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks over 7 days with daily punch-downs. The wine is then racked into concrete tanks and aged for 5 months without oak contact, followed by light fining and filtration to ensure optimal freshness in a boxed format.
