## About this wine

Hues That Juice Vin Orange is a collaborative creation between New York City's Highly Recommended wine club and the Pépin wine collective in Alsace, France. It reflects a modern, playful spirit while honoring traditional Alsatian winemaking traditions.

## Interesting facts

- Created as a partnership between NYC's Highly Recommended wine club and Alsace's Pépin collective.
- Features the playful label inscription: 'Drink better wine, you deserve it.'
- Produced with a gentle 7-day skin contact maceration and zero added sulfur dioxide.

## Food pairing

The wine's bright acidity, soft skin-contact structure, and expressive stone fruit and floral aromatics complement aromatic spice blends, roasted poultry, savory pork dishes, and soft creamy cheeses without overpowering them.

## Wine making process

The grapes are 100% hand-harvested from organic vineyards in Alsace, completely de-stemmed, and subjected to a 7-day skin maceration to extract delicate amber color and soft tannins. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in neutral vessels without temperature manipulation or additive adjustments. The wine is aged in stainless steel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfur dioxide.
