## About this wine

Bodega La Quinta established the Proyecto Revolución del Vino with the goal of challenging traditional wine industry norms. The project combines serious viticultural practices in high-altitude Ribera del Duero vineyards with a modern, unconventional visual brand identity. Sourced from limestone, clay, and silt soils in La Horra, Burgos, this cuvée reflects an approachable yet terroir-focused expression of Spanish winemaking.

## Interesting facts

- Part of the Wine Revolution Project aimed at making high-quality Ribera del Duero wines accessible and modern.
- Vineyards are situated at extreme altitudes up to 940 meters in the renowned La Horra sub-zone of Burgos.
- Aged briefly for 5 months in American oak to highlight fresh fruit expression over heavy wood extraction.

## Food pairing

The wine's vibrant acidity and structured tannins complement rich, fatty meats such as Iberian pork and lamb, cutting through richness while mirroring savory roasts and aged cheeses.

## Wine making process

Grapes are hand-selected from high-elevation vineyards between 711 and 940 meters above sea level. Fermentation occurs over 7 days in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks of 25,000 kg capacity to preserve fresh primary character. The wine undergoes 5 months of aging in American oak barrels prior to bottling.
