## Wine making process

The Loimer Langenlois Seeberg Grüner Veltliner 2023 is produced from selectively hand-harvested grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous, with 70% of the must fermented in stainless steel tanks and 30% in used large oak barrels (2500 L) over 2-4 weeks at temperatures between 20°-22°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 5-month aging period on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically according to respekt-BIODYN standards.
