## Wine making process

The Fratelli Revello Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 is produced using 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The hand-harvested fruit is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a maceration period of 5-6 days in a roto-fermentor followed by 4 days in contact with skins. Malolactic fermentation is also completed in steel tanks. The wine then undergoes aging for 12-14 months in used French oak barriques, contributing to its development and complexity.
