Fermentation occurred in open-top stainless-steel tanks with native yeasts, incorporating 40% whole clusters and 60% whole berries. The wine underwent an extended skin contact period of four weeks. Following fermentation, it was aged for 12 months in a combination of a neutral French 300L tonneau and a 500L demi-muid. Sustainable farming practices were utilized in the vineyard.
