## About this wine

Love Echo Sparkling is an artisanal low-intervention sparkling wine created through a collaboration between Brooklyn-based sommelier Jahdé Marley and Common Wealth Crush Co. in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. Emerging from Marley's 'Anything But Vinifera' platform, the project focuses on climate-resilient grapes and native agroforestry while advocating for equity, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Black Farmer Fund.

## Food pairing

## Wine making process

Crafted using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale (Pétillant-Naturel), the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with ambient native yeasts in open stainless steel vessels. It is bottled prior to completing primary fermentation to capture natural carbonation inside the bottle. The wine is produced without fining or filtration and with minimal to no added sulfur.
