## Food pairing

This crisp, dry rosé thrives on its vibrant acidity and delicate red fruit profile. It acts as a refreshing palate cleanser, making it an excellent match for light, fresh dishes, seafood, and mildly spiced Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.

## Wine making process

The grapes are harvested during the cool night and early morning hours to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo a gentle direct pressing to extract a pale, delicate pink hue. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures (15-18°C) to maximize primary fruit aromas. The wine is aged on its fine lees for a short period in stainless steel before being filtered and bottled early to maintain its crisp, youthful character.
