## About this wine

Milan Nestarec is one of Central Europe's leading natural winemaking figures, based in Velké Bílovice, Moravia. As a member of the Autentisté group, Nestarec adheres to chemical-free viticulture and non-interventionist cellar practices. Hedonista was born following a request from Nestarec's Prague distributor for a skin-contact sibling to his solera cuvées. Designed as an ode to finding simple joy in everyday moments, every bottle features unique artwork hand-spray-painted by the winery team.

## Interesting facts

- Every single bottle features unique artwork hand-spray-painted by the winery team.
- The wine is produced using a multi-vintage solera system blending three consecutive harvest years in neutral oak.
- Milan Nestarec practices a philosophy of 'Wine from grapes. Nothing more.'

## Food pairing

The wine's gentle short skin-contact texture, high acidity, and savory complexity allow it to slice through rich fats like pork belly while harmonizing beautifully with aromatic spices and soy-based sauces in Asian cuisine.

## Wine making process

Cultivated organically on loess soils with clay and sand in Velké Bílovice and Moravský Žižkov, grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with wild yeasts, followed by a soft three-day skin maceration. The wine is aged in a multi-vintage solera system combining three consecutive harvests matured together in large 3,000-liter neutral oak vats. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal total sulfur addition.
