## Wine making process

The Milmanda 2018 is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking process involves fermentation in French oak barrels for 2-3 weeks, with the use of indigenous yeasts from the vineyard. A partial malolactic fermentation is employed. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, with 50% of them being new. Following this, it undergoes a period of aging on lees for either 10 or 12 months in stainless steel tanks. The 2018 vintage was noted for its cool conditions, promoting slow and balanced fruit maturation.
