## Wine making process

Mollet Premsal Blanc Chardonnay is produced by Vinyes i Vins Ca Sa Padrina. The Premsal Blanc grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of around 16°C for about 30 days to maintain freshness. The Chardonnay grapes also undergo separate fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of French, American, Hungarian, and Bulgarian oak barrels, with 10% of the barrels being new. Approximately 80% of the grapes used in the wine are harvested manually.
