## Food pairing

The wine's medium body and soft tannins make it versatile. Its bright acidity cuts through the richness of grilled meats and fatty fish, while its fruit-forward character complements tomato-based sauces and aged cheeses. The herbal notes in the wine can echo herbs used in dishes.

## Wine making process

The Naturalmente Bio Nero d'Avola 2019 is produced using organic grapes that are hand-harvested. Destemmed grapes undergo maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 15-20 days. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine, about 50%, is aged in large oak barrels for two months to refine its texture and body.
