## Wine making process

The Nebbiolo d'Alba Vigna Valmaggiore 2022 is produced using traditional methods. Grapes are manually harvested in late September to mid-October. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures (max 28°C) and includes a 15-day maceration with délestages and follature, followed by 10 days of floating cap fermentation. Post-fermentation, the wine ages for 9 months in cement tanks, 14 months in French oak, and 12 months in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is also completed.
