Led today by Walter and Massimiliano Bartolomei, the winery organically farms around 150 hectares near the Adriatic coast. Oris Falerio celebrates native Marchigiano white varieties, offering a vibrant regional expression from rolling vineyard slopes.

## Interesting facts

- Awarded a Double Gold Medal with 90 points at the Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge.
- Certified 100% organic and vegan with zero animal-derived fining agents.

## Food pairing

The vibrant acidity and subtle saline minerality cut through light oils and fried textures, while stone fruit notes complement delicate white meats, pasta, and young sheep's milk cheeses.

## Wine making process

Grapes are harvested by hand in late September from organic vineyards at 250–300 meters altitude. Fermentation occurs under temperature control in stainless steel tanks using native and selected yeasts. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel for approximately four months to build mid-palate texture without oak maturation.
