## Food pairing

The wine's medium+ body and robust tannins are well-suited to complement the protein and fat in rich meat dishes. Its inherent acidity cuts through richness, cleansing the palate, while potential savory or earthy notes can harmonize with herbs and slow-cooked sauces.

## Wine making process

Panzanello Chianti Classico Riserva 2018 is produced using grapes from organically farmed vineyards. Following harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation, after which the Riserva is aged for almost two years in French oak barrels. This is followed by a further 6-9 months of bottle aging before the wine is released. The estate's commitment to organic viticulture, a practice adopted early in 1998, is a fundamental aspect of its winemaking approach.
