## About this wine

Pas de Problème was created to solve a common dilemma: finding an affordable, high-quality French Pinot Noir outside the expensive price points of Burgundy. Winemaker Laurent Gauzi crafts this wine from 30-year-old vines planted on south-facing clay-limestone slopes near Béziers in the Languedoc region. Influenced by both Mediterranean warmth and cool night breezes, the vineyard preserves vibrant natural freshness.

## Interesting facts

- The name 'Pas de Problème' translates to 'No Problem' in French.
- Winemaker Laurent Gauzi is a former pharmacist who applied scientific precision to low-intervention winemaking.
- Grown on clay-limestone soils near Béziers that resemble Burgundian terroirs.

## Food pairing

The bright acidity, low tannins, and unoaked purity of this Pinot Noir make it exceptionally versatile. It complements lighter meats, earthy mushrooms, and even oily fish like tuna without masking subtle flavors.

## Wine making process

Harvested grapes undergo 100% destemming and rigorous sorting to eliminate harsh green stems. An eight-day cold pre-fermentation maceration with manual punch-downs extracts bright color and delicate aromas. Fermentation occurs naturally over two weeks in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine ages for six to nine months entirely in stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
