The name 'Pour de Vrai' translates to 'For Real', reflecting their commitment to unadulterated winemaking.

## Interesting facts

- The name 'Pour de Vrai' translates from French as 'For Real', signifying zero additives or artificial inputs.
- Created in collaboration with famous Northern Rhône natural winemaker Éric Texier.
- Fermented using Méthode Ancestrale, naturally finishing fermentation inside the bottle under crown cap.

## Food pairing

The bright acidity, fine effervescence, and fresh fruit notes of this Pét-Nat make it a versatile pairing for light, salty, and creamy foods. The sparkling bubbles cut through rich cheeses and fried textures, while crisp acidity complements seafood.

## Wine making process

Produced using the Méthode Ancestrale, this sparkling rosé undergoes direct pressing of Cinsault and Syrah grapes. Spontaneous primary fermentation begins in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled under crown cap before primary fermentation finishes to complete naturally in bottle without added sugar or yeast. It is aged on fine lees, left unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, and made with no added sulfur dioxide.
