## Wine making process

The winemaking process for the Weingut Hirsch Ried Gaisberg Riesling 2015 began with whole bunch pressing of the Riesling grapes. Fermentation was carried out using natural yeasts without controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine underwent maturation in both stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. It was then aged on its lees until late April 2016 before being bottled. The grapes were harvested in mid-October 2015.
