## About this wine

Miolo Seleção Sauvignon Blanc & Torrontés is an Argentine white wine produced by the Miolo Wine Group in Mendoza. First created by the Miolo family to offer accessible and food-friendly wines, this expression combines aromatic South American Torrontés with vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing high-altitude Andean terroir.

## Interesting facts

- Combines Argentina's signature white grape Torrontés with crisp Sauvignon Blanc under Brazil's famous Miolo brand.
- Fermented at low temperatures in an inert gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation and preserve delicate floral aromas.
- Malolactic fermentation is intentionally prevented to retain maximum freshness and natural fruit acidity.

## Food pairing

The high natural acidity and bright aromatic character of this white blend cut through soft cheeses and complement delicate seafood, crisp greens, and white meats effortlessly.

## Wine making process

The grapes are select-picked and subjected to total de-stemming without crushing, followed by pneumatic pressing in an inert gas atmosphere. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 13°C and 15°C without malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees prior to stabilization and bottling under screw cap closure.
