## About this wine

Château Puech Redon is a historic estate spanning nearly 400 hectares in the Gard region of the Languedoc, managed by Cyril Cuche alongside his son Eliott. In 2017, celebrated Rhône natural winemaker Éric Texier partnered with Cyril to transition the vineyard's organic grapes into pure, additive-free natural wines. The 'Sensitive' cuvée features an innovative heat-reactive, thermo-sensitive ink fingerprint on its label that changes color when touched or exposed to temperature shifts upon opening.

## Interesting facts

- Features a heat-reactive label ink fingerprint that changes color when touched.
- Crafted in collaboration with renowned Rhône natural winemaker Éric Texier.
- Made with 15 days of skin maceration and fermented entirely in concrete vats.

## Food pairing

The gentle phenolic texture, aromatic intensity, and energetic acidity of this skin-contact Viognier make it versatile alongside savory, aromatic, and mildly spicy dishes. The natural grip balances rich poultry and roasted vegetable preparations seamlessly.

## Wine making process

Crafted from organically grown Viognier vines aged between 15 and 30 years planted on clay-limestone soils in the Cévennes foothills. The grapes are harvested whole-cluster and skin-macerated for 15 days. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with native yeasts in concrete vats. The wine is aged entirely in cement tanks without oak influence, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero added sulfites.
