## Wine making process

The Tyler Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2022 is produced using 100% native yeast fermentation in open-top wood vats, with a gentle combination of punch-downs and pump-overs. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of 8-9 months in 228-liter barrique French oak, with 10% of the barrels being new. The grapes are sourced from Drum Canyon Vineyard and selections from the Tyler Vineyard-Designate program within the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, with vines planted in 1973, 1997, and 2003. The soil composition is noted as clay and sandy loam.
