## About this wine

Une Tranche Rosé is born from a collaboration between Southern Rhône grower Paul Tardieu of Domaine Denis in Vaison-la-Romaine and legendary Beaujolais natural winemaker Philippe Jambon. Part of Jambon's renowned 'Une Tranche' merchant project, this wine brings a fresh Beaujolais approach to native Southern Rhône varieties. The distinctive label showcases a playful pig head logo, paying homage to Philippe Jambon's last name, which translates to 'ham' in French. Produced in limited quantities, it celebrates spontaneous natural winemaking and expressive terroir.

## Wine making process

Organically farmed Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in Vaison-la-Romaine. The whole clusters undergo a light co-fermentation maceration in tank with partial stem inclusion before being gently pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously using only naturally occurring wild yeasts with zero added sulfur. The wine is aged in neutral stainless steel and fiberglass tanks to maintain pure fruit expression and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
