## Food pairing

This crisp, dry Pinot Grigio works beautifully with light, fresh dishes due to its vibrant acidity and clean mineral finish. It acts as a palate cleanser for delicate proteins like shellfish and chicken, while its refreshing nature cuts through the moderate richness of olive oil and cheese on light pizzas or focaccia.

## Wine making process

The grapes are sourced from selected partner vineyards in the Veneto region within the delle Venezie DOC. Vinification is guided by consulting enologist Andrea Bernardini. The grapes are hand-harvested at peak phenolic maturity to preserve natural acidity and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain purity of fruit and prevent oxidation. The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel on the fine lees for several months to add light textural roundness without wood influence, followed by brief bottle aging before release.
