## About this wine

Vin de Tony is a natural red blend crafted by Le Chill, a Los Angeles-based winemaking project founded by friends Adam and Nate. The wine is a tribute collaboration with legendary Sonoma Valley winemaker Tony Coturri, who has championed organic, additive-free winemaking since 1964. Sourced from Coturri's dry-farmed estate Zinfandel vines planted in Glen Ellen alongside Northern California Merlot and Grenache, this cuvée connects historical Sonoma viticulture with contemporary natural winemaking.

## Interesting facts

- Crafted in collaboration with natural winemaking pioneer Tony Coturri.
- Includes Zinfandel from 50-year-old dry-farmed vines in Glen Ellen.
- Bottled completely unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfites.

## Food pairing

The juicy acidity, soft tannins, and moderate alcohol of this vibrant natural red blend harmonize well with rich savory fats, charred crusts, and herbs without overwhelming lighter roasted or grilled dishes.

## Wine making process

Organically farmed grapes were hand-harvested in autumn 2023. Fermentation was conducted naturally using 100% native yeasts with minimal intervention. After pressing, the wine was matured in neutral French oak barrels to preserve its pure fruit character. The wine was bottled completely unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfur.
