## About this wine

Meinklang is an iconic, family-run biodynamic estate located in Pamhagen, Burgenland, right on the border between Austria and Hungary. The Mulatschak takes its name from an Austrian-Hungarian slang term for a lively celebration or party.

- Sealed with a crown cap to preserve natural spritz and fresh fruit character.

## Food pairing

Skin-contact white wines with light tannins and vibrant acidity excel with aromatic, spicy, and exotic dishes. The subtle skin texture cuts through richness while complementing complex spices and herbs.

## Wine making process

Hand-harvested grapes undergo 5 to 7 days of skin maceration to gently extract subtle skin tannins and vibrant color. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by approximately 4 months of aging in stainless steel before being bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulfur and sealed under a crown cap.
