# How to transfer your wines from Vivino to Swirl

Want to transfer your wine ratings and tasting history from Vivino to another app? Bring your wine history to Swirl in three simple steps.

## Step 1: Export your data from Vivino

1. Open [Vivino](https://www.vivino.com/) in your browser and log in.
2. Go to Settings → Account Management.
3. Find Export your data and start the export.
4. Wait for Vivino to prepare your file.

## Step 2: Download your file

Once your export is ready, download it from Vivino. If it arrives as a ZIP file, extract it and locate the relevant CSV file.

## Step 3: Email your file to Swirl

Send your exported file to [hey@swirlyourwines.com](mailto:hey@swirlyourwines.com).

### Help us find your Swirl account

1. Open Swirl and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom to find your User ID.
3. Copy it or take a screenshot.
4. Email it to us along with your email address.
