Already have your wine history in Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV file? You don't need to export it from another wine app. Prepare your file and send it to Swirl.
Step 1: Find your wine spreadsheet
Locate the file containing your wine history. If possible, include wine names, producers, vintages, ratings and tasting notes.
Don't worry if you don't have every detail.
Step 2: Save your file as CSV
Microsoft Excel
- Open your spreadsheet.
- Select File → Save As.
- Choose CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (.csv).
Google Sheets
- Open your spreadsheet.
- Select File → Download.
- Choose Comma-separated values (.csv).
Already have a CSV file? Skip this step.
Step 3: Email your file to Swirl
Send your CSV file to hey@swirlyourwines.com.
Help us find your Swirl account
- Open Swirl and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom to find your User ID.
- Copy it or take a screenshot.
- Email it to us along with your email address.
